Erica Loftus

CEO, Owner

A Beaver County native, Erica earned her degree in Communications from Geneva College in 2006 and shortly thereafter fell in love with being engaged in the community. The majority of her career has been helping to define and grow non-profit organizations. As the President of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce, she thrived on a balance of creativity and structure while managing and implementing various projects.

Erica describes herself as a "Connector of Dots." Seeing the need for these abilities in the business community, Erica launched Nala Marketing in 2017 which aims to help organizations with "Connecting the Dots" through the development and management of marketing and social media needs. Erica is married and resides in the Pittsburgh suburbs with her husband and two pups, Xena & Honey.

 

Mary Lamb

COO & Social Media Strategist

Mary is a Communications professional with a background in media production and the performing arts. A 2010 graduate of Villanova University, she went on to perform professionally in theatre and film across the U.S. and Canada before returning to her hometown to combine her passions as a local radio host. During her time in radio, she became a certified Radio Marketing Professional through the Confer Radio Talent Institute and was selected as a scholarship recipient. Fun fact: DYK radio is considered to be the first social media? It's no wonder she ended up at Nala Marketing!

Alongside radio, Mary built her own health and wellness business, developing a strong skill set in social media marketing. She has a passion for helping others rise—whether in their health, business, or creative work—and brings energy, creativity, and strategy to every project. Since joining Nala Marketing in May 2021 as a Social Media Strategist, she has become known as our resident “reels wiz,” always learning and adapting to best practices in the ever-changing social landscape.

Mary also serves on the board at her church and leads worship there. On her days off, you can find her enjoying yoga, songwriting, hiking, and disconnecting from tech to connect with those she loves.

Social Media Marketing Specialist

Kendall Patterson is a Social Media Marketing Specialist originally from Sharon, PA, with a passion for creating fun, engaging content that people genuinely connect with. A 2024 graduate of Duquesne University, Kendall earned a degree in Communications and Digital Media Studies, where she built a strong foundation in digital storytelling and brand strategy.

While in college, Kendall didn’t initially set out to pursue a career in marketing, but her love for social media quickly paved the way. During her sophomore year, she was tapped to help run her sorority’s TikTok page thanks to her natural creativity and love for video content. That opportunity grew into a leadership role as Vice President of Marketing, where she discovered just how powerful - and fun - intentional social media storytelling could be.

Fun, focused, and creative, Kendall brings a bubbly, easy-going energy to every project while staying tapped into the latest trends. Since then, she’s known that social media storytelling is where she thrives. She’s excited to bring that creativity, energy, and passion to the Nala Marketing team, helping brands show their personality and connect authentically with their audiences, especially nonprofits and small businesses looking to grow through social media.

Rylee is a Marketing and Communications student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. With a passion for creating meaningful and impactful content, Rylee thrives at combining creativity with strategy.

With a strong interest in content creation, visual design, photography, and social media trends, Rylee brings a fresh perspective and a people-first mindset to every client. She’s especially passionate about mental health awareness and believes marketing can be more than just a promotion - it can be an opportunity to be relatable, supportive, and real with people.

Behind the screens: Rylee loves spending time with her loved ones, reading, finding new ways to express her creativity, has a soft spot for mental health positivity, and is usually the first to know about new social features and trends!

The Namesake

(6.10.14 - 6.3.21) 200 pounds of pure English Mastiff, Nala Girl was born June 10, 2014 and crossed the rainbow bridge on June 3, 2021. She joined the Loftus family in September of 2014 and it did not take her long to make her mark as the family (and company) mascot.
